02. HOW LONG DOES THE REGISTRATION PROCESS TAKE?
The quickest turnaround time is what we aim to give you. We can clear you for work more quickly the more documentation you can give us.
03. I ONLY WANT TO WORK WITHIN SPECIFIC HOURS, IS THIS FEASIBLE?
As an agency, we value personnel flexibility and are therefore prepared to meet your specific needs. After successfully registering, you will have access to our special agency worker profile system, where you can choose your preferred types of employment.
04. DO YOU OFFER YOUR04. CUSTOMERS TRANSPORTATION?
No, it is your duty to arrive at the shift prior to the scheduled start time.
05. IN WHAT WAY AM I PAID?
We process payroll every week. You have to finish a timesheet to get paid. Your name, the name of the client, the number of hours you worked (minus breaks), and the grade or band you worked in must all be legibly printed on the timesheet. Only an authorised signatory at the client establishment may approve the timesheet.
06. WHERE SHOULD MY TIMESHEET BE SENT?
All timesheets must be sent to our payroll department through Email, Fax, WhatsApp or Posting: The Quadrant, Coventry CV1 2DY Our payroll team must receive timesheets by Monday at noon in order to process payments for that Friday. 07. HOW DO PAY RUN CUT-OFFS FUNCTION?
You will receive payment for all shifts up to the preceding Sunday night if your timesheet is received by us before 12 p.m. on Monday.
08. HOW CAN I OBTAIN MY PAYSLIPS?
Payslips can be Obtained from our Office OR can be Posted to your home address.
09. WHY MUST I UPDATE MY PAPERWORK EVERY YEAR?
Compliance needs to be renewed yearly to ensure the correct information and documentation is up to date inline with the NHS framework standards – Registration forms (you will receive a form to confirm if the details you provided at registration remain the same or if there have been any changes) – Criminal Record Check (DBS/CRB) – Mandatory & Statutory Training – Fitness to Work (to renew your FTW you will be required to complete an annual review form to confirm or let us know if there has been any change to your health) – Proofs of Address – Employment Checks
10. WHERE IS MY DBS CERTIFICATE? I HAVE NO IDEA. PLEASE ACCEPT THE FACT THAT IT HAS BEEN REGISTERED WITH THE UPDATE SERVICE.
Registration for the update service is not acceptable as proof. The physical DBS certificate will always be required. You will need to have a new one put into action if you don’t have this.
